Hello , 

Lets consider a situation where a machine(situated in New York) goes out of network in a domain , then only way i can connect is using local logon credentials..

a)How are local logon credentials are created if not present at this point of time ?

b)How can i connect that system if it goes out of network that won't even ping(exclude the case of ILO here)?

How this scenario works please explain.
