Hi,

I want to have an overview over all MS software that are installed on every machine on the domain. I want to be able to see license information and what programs are installed. I also would like to se the same information about Oracle and other 3 parts software if that possible.

So the question is what software could do this for me, is it SCCM ? For information I dont have any knowledge about SCCM. Or is there other programs that could do the same.

SCCM can certainly do this, and much more.  SCCM provides the ability to comprehensively manage all your PCs, and is a complex solution to deploy and use.  More information can be found here:

If you are simply looking for a tool to perform inventory, then AIS is a good choice, because it is easy to deploy and use, and can provide detailed inventory of installed software.  More information on AIS is here: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/bb899442.aspx.  AIS is sold as part of the MDOP suite, you can see detailed AIS information in the links under the "Technical Guidance" section of this page.
