1- configure physical machine , windows server 2012 R2 , 2 NIC one for loacl network ex:172.16.22.5 , mask 255.255.255.240 no gateway , dns 172.16.18.200

add static route ,that i can ping 172.16.22.1 , 172.16.18.200 , & anther one configure whit public ip address + it's gateway 

2- create virtual network on azure portal 

3- add azure network EX- 192.168.10.0/24 

4- add my premise  network EX 172.16.22.0/28 & 172.16.18.0/24 

5- add my public ip add in azure 

6 create gateway in azure shows public ip addess then download script file from azure then run it powershlle pr ,

7- create vm in azure 

8 - from azure vm 192.168.10.4 can ping to 172.16.22.5 ,

but from my vpn device win2012r2 i can't ping to vm in azure site ???

What is the default gateway in your VPN Device Win 2012 R2 ?

What is the result of : tracert 192.168.10.4 from your VPN Device  ?
