Hi,
I don't think your servers are taking the IP from the DHCP Server unless there's a Reservation. If there's a reservation,
1. Change the DHCP scope
2. Remove the seservation
3. Restart the server to get the new IP s (Stop all the services that are running in the servers. Ex.. Exchange Services)
4. Check if the servers are registered with the new IP s. and make reservation for those IP s again
5. Change the DNS Records with the new IP s
If the servers are configured with Static IP s. then shut down the services, change the IP, Re configure the DNS Records and reboot the servers.
Thamara.

you should refer this for changing the ip address on the Domain Controller
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc758579%28WS.10%29.aspx
Note: After changing the ip address of the Domain Controller you should also point the clients to correct dns server.

It the IP of Exchage server were on public IP address, then you should change MX records on public DNS servers.
If the IP of Exchange server are on private address, then you should change the firewall settings to reflect the change of "IP port mapping". External IP is the same as before the change and the same is true for MX records on public DNS servers.

Hello,
if you are planning to change IP addresses of DCs then after change, make sure that:
Each DC / DNS server points to its private IP address as primary DNS server and other internal DNS servers as secondary ones
Each DC without DNS points to internal DNS servers as DNS servers
Once done, run ipconfig /registerdns and restart netlogon on each DC.
Please also delete old DNS records of DCs that will be left in your DNS zone.
For Exchange server, make sure that it points to correct DNS servers after making needed changes.
For DHCP, please make sure that your DNS option is well configured and that reservations are configured correctly.
