I downloaded a game, deleted it, now my home page wont stay on so I cant get onto the internet. it will pop up for maybe 2 seconds and go off. what can I do to fix this?

Please ensure few things as below: Do you have Valid Antivirus running with latest definition database? Do you have Valid Anti-Spyware running with latest definition database (In my experience I saw these kind of activity because some spy hijacked your processes which are not allowing you to run important applications. Check for Add/Remove program if any application/malware software installed into the OS on the fly without knowing you. Once you ensure these, try to go back to the restore it to the latest snapshot prior to this problem. Irrespective to the Operating System version you can also try to resinstall/update the service pack and update IE too. I hope these above steps help you to fix or isolate the problem.
