How do I get internet explorer out of short cut,dont know how I did it.HELP ME

Please provide more information. What 'short cut' are you talking about? Can you simply right-click the icon and select delete?

Hi,
If you want to removes the Internet Explorer icon from the desktop and from the Quick Launch bar on the taskbar. You may confirm with below policy:
User Configurations\Administrative Templates\Desktop\Hide Internet Explorer icon on Desktop
If it is not your problem, please provide more information, such as related operation, screenshot.
