Hi,i have a Windows Server 2003 with 4GB RAM, always having insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service error when \\ to other server & the application failed to initialize properly. restart server will slove the problem but just for a while. here is the boot.ini setting --> Windows Server 2003, Standard" /fastdetect /3GB /PAE /NoExecute=OptOut

Hi,have you checked the memory and CPU utilization for that application or any other application that is killing your server. Run the perf logs and add the counters for memory, CPU and for that particular application (if it is there) and try to see the trend.Run MPS reports for the OS and also check for apps and system logs.Raj
