i am getting the below error when trying to install SQL server 2012

please advise

 Microsoft.VC80.CRT,version="8.050727.4027",publickey Token ="1fc8b3b9a1",processsor or architecture is ="x86",type ="win32."

Please open the Command Prompt with the Run as Administrator option, the run the following command:

fsutil resource setautoreset true C:\

Then try to manually install VC++ from the following link:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5638

After that try to install SQL Server again.
