Hi All, I am tring to install a .msi to a few my client computers. I following the steps about Assign a package in the link at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/816102. I put the .msi file on my server, and shared it. I setup the read & execute right on the .msi file for the client computer. I got the following error: The asignement of application *** from policy *** Group Policy Object failed. The error was: the group policy framework shoul call the extension in the synchronous foreground policy refresh. Can anybody help me to fix the problem? Thanks a lot.

Hi Mark, Thank you so much for your help. Now, I can see that insall processing was running when the client computer restart. But it did not install successfully. I got the following error in Event Log: Product: SAP Crystal Reports runtime engine for .NET Framework 4 (32-bit) -- Error 1402. Could not open key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SAP BusinessObjects\Crystal Reports for .NET Framework 4.0\\Crystal Reports. System error 87. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel. Do you know how to fix it? Thanks a lot
