Hi 

1) we have windows server 2008 standard (32 bit) actually we need to upgrade to 64 bit, if it is not possible then pls  suggest  any other server 

2) And in this server 8 gb RAM is their it is sufficient or need upgrade

3) Server showing 4gb ram usage and what about remaining 4 gb

4) present which server is better ?

Hi,

The problem with the 32 bit is that it supports only 4gb RAM no matter how much you add. In 64 bit you get all the RAM u add for usage.

So its better to install a 64 bit software
