increase the number o fopen files
according to the below link i have increased the size as mentioned to
For 64-bit operating systems, increase the <var>yyyy</var> value to "20480";
Increase the <var>zzzz</var> value to "1024".

my question is it going to do any harm if i increase to more than these values like 4960 and 20480 for yyy and zzz

Certainly there should be no problem as its MS kb article if there was any issue it MS would have printed in the article and more over of you have a 64 bit OS on top of 64bit hardware you will not have any problems.
