I had an ICT support interview recently. I like to have answer for couple of question. 1. How to login to a remote desktop ? my answer: We have to add host computer to the remote desktop connections. Similar to this http://www.windowsnetworking.com/articles_tutorials/Using-Remote-Desktop-Windows-XP-Pro.html 2. What are the services in Exchanger server 2003? i don't know the answer 3. How to forward an email in activie directory? From my knowledge use Active directory users and computers console and select the user, exchange, add the email address, modify,ok. Is that rite ? And my concern is the naswer seems to be bookish, Could anyone explain me realtime? Please help me with the above devika

In addition to Syed. 1. For remote desktop connection Make sure the port 3389 is open using telnet. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/187628 2. You can ran Services.msc on exchange server 2003 you will see the services as syed discribe in the table. http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Exchange-Internals-How-Exchange-Core-Components-work-together.html 3. Email Forwarding. Start the Active Directory Users and Computers snap-in. Right-click the mail-enabled user, and then click Properties. Click the Exchange General tab. Click Delivery Options. In the Forwarding Address section, click Forward to, and then click Modify. Click the mail-enabled user or the mail-enabled contact. Then, click OK. Note If you want e-mail to be delivered to the original mailbox as well as the forwarding address, select the Deliver messages to both forwarding address and mailbox check box.
