Hi, According to my search, this issue can be caused due to the dependent service is not started or the Log On account is incorrect. To fix this issue, please try the following troubleshooting suggestions: 1. Verify and start the dependent service "Base filtering Agent". 2. Verify and make sure that Windows Firewall service is configured to run under Local System account instead of "NT Authority\LocalService" or others. Regards, Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
