iSCSI SAN Boot Issues (W2K8 SP-2)
‘Morning all!
I am working with iSCSI to a SAN, and having boot issues with a W2K8 SP-2 “image”.
When I try to boot into the W2K8 image, all I am getting is Windows Boot Manager error:
File: \boot\BCD
Status: 0xc000000f
“An error occurred while attempting to read the boot configuration data”
If the boot partition were local to the machine, I know I would boot from the DVD and get into the WinRE, and use something like bootrec to fix the issue, but being in an iSCSI environment…
Has anyone got an idea how to repair/fix this situation?
