iSCSICLI tool
iscsicli tool returns something called "Device Instance" 0xXXX. What is that?
Command: "iscsicli sessionlist"

iscsicli : This is the command line equivalent of the iSCSI client configuration tool.

PS > & iscsicli.exe sessionlist
This gives the information regarding the active session for an iSCSI Software Target server.
