hyper-v host in Azure

Is it possible to setup Hyper-V host on Azure environment and provision my own VMs, of course VMs will use Azure resources.

You mean a Hyper-V host running in an Azure VM? No.

Thanks.
If its not possible today, is it on the road map?
Also, whats the workaround/alternate for this scenario?

I'm not exactly sure what your scenario is. Azure is already a virtualized, self-provisioning system. Why would you want/need another layer of virtualization within?

In on-premise infrastructure we could use SCVMM + Visual Studio Lab management to manage the environment provisioning, snapshots, application deployment etc.. I was trying to see if Azure supports same capability. It's not.

Have you checked out App Controller? This should provide you with what you need.
