so if I understand right you need to run a recovery Task (Run Command diagnostics and recoveries) for specific monitor. You can find a simple guide here:

I create Diagnostic Tasks to run the exe on some alert. but I found that the exe should be exist in the target server not in the SCOM , I don't know is this correct Or I can skip this issue .
