Hello, for redundancy you need at least 2 DC/DNS/GC for the domain and all machines must be configured to use the domain DNS servers on the NIC. For small business the SBS version is made up to 75 users and with NO trust availability. Here you can then add a second machine as DC and have the requirements. IIRC with the correct chosen license you have 2 server licenses included, so the second DC can be used that way. For SBS specifics the SBS forum is the better place to ask: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/smallbusinessserver/threadsBest regards Meinolf Weber Disclaimer: This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties or guarantees , and confers no rights.
