how to give software install rights on 2008 server

hi
i have windows 2008 server plz help me
i want give rights to install and remove software on specific AD user but i want access and install on all our pc with this user name how to do this one plz help me.

Hello,
To install/remove any software, AD user need to have Administrator rights whether its a server or a client machine.

You can add desired AD user on to local administrators group on Servers/Desktops; in that way, AD user will have administrator rights on particular machine/s and will be able to add/remove any programs.
If you would like to simply the task of adding particular AD user in local administrators group on say a bunch of computers, you can leverage the Restricted Groups feature from Group Policy.

Another approach would be deploying software's through group policy
