You can setup the destination sheet name to dynamic by setting it up from variable. However you cannot setup column name to be dynamic. The standard Data Flow Task supports only static columns metadata defined during design time.
If you want to have dynamic column names, check the commercial COZYROC Data Flow Task Plus. It is an extension of the standard Data Flow Task and supports dynamic metadata at runtime. No programming skills are required to use the functionality.

Where does the name(value of sheetname and column name) come from?
What do you mean by "column name"? Is it a cell value in row 1?
