actually  I have two os one win 10 and another win server 2008, now I am facing problem with windows server 2008 it occupies nearly 16gb of my hard disk and  its  in   separate drive now I want to delete or clean that WIN SERVER 2008 OS Completely and use that space so please help me regarding this issue

Shouldn't be a problem you can format the disk.

You can use bcdedit to modify the boot environment.
