I want to allow certain users only to ad-hock refresh published reports and power pivot models in sharepoint..

Who can refresh which report\model should be set on a report\model resolution

not on the entire content level of the power pivot Gallery.

Same question for enabeling the download of a copy of published power pivot model from sharepoint but with

the possebility of editing the original published model blocked!
