Hello, Have you ever tried to install another operating system in this machine but didn't install it successfully, and booted into that unsuccessfully installed operating system? Would you please try to boot into Safe Mode to see if that can work? Another potential cause to this problem is that some disk errors (e.g. bad sectors, directory errors) occurred due to an unplanned reboot of the machine. You can try the following steps to see if they can help: 1. Boot the machine from the Setup media. Click "Repair your computer" in the lower left corner of the Install Windows page. 2. In the next page, choose the correct operating system and click Next. Note that if this page shows more than one OS, you may need to check if that OS has been installed successfully. 3. In the next page, click Command Prompt. And then in the command prompt, type the following commands to see what the output is: Chkdsk (if the output indicates that some errors exist, then try the following command) Chkdsk /R /F (this may need a reboot to complete the disk check) Sfc /scan If this cannot help, I am sorry to say that you may need to replace the hard disk and restore the system, if you have any backup of the system. Otherwise, you may need to reinstall the system. Good luck. Best regards,Chang Yin
