Hi Steve,It looks you have tried to install the Application earlier and because of some reasons iot was not installed properly.Visit the following Link and download ' Windows Installer Cleanup Utility ' and remove any previous installation you see.http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301 Else you can also check for the Hidden Devices and see if the Wireless USB Adapter appears in Device Manager. To do this open Command Prompt and run this command 'set devmgr show nonpresent devices=1' Then open Deveice Manager and select 'Show Hidden Devices' from 'View' Menu and see if you see any Hidden Device related to Belkin. If yes, uninstall it.If this doesn't works then please check if you have System Restore Point Created. Try Restoring the System back to the Date Prior to the First Installation and see it if works for you. (This one should work for you)This is a known Issue with Belkin and i am seeing a lot of Forum discussion on the same. Most of them tried downloading the latest Drivers from Belkin and it worked for them. Did you talk to Belkin regarding this ?Thanks,Nitin
