heatmap error on scom 2012 r2

It looks like an IIS issue, is there any error message in IIS log?

it may not be an iis issue because its working fine for windows computer(my localcomputer heatmap)?
is that because any object issue which i selected to show the heatmap?

I have got my answer seems like the data about some of the classes has been not collected so when i add instances monitor to the class it has shown the heatmap
