HI,
WIndows AD Client machine is very slow. where should i check in Group Policy setting For this issue ?

First would be to run diagnostics on the client machine to verify what is causing the slowness.
Options:
GPO Debug logging http://blogs.technet.com/b/csstwplatform/archive/2010/11/09/how-to-enable-gpo-logging-on-windows-7-2008-r2.aspx
Performance: WIndows Performance Toolkit

Hi,
Can you please elaborate more on this issue ?
What do you mean by AD client machine is very slow ?
Is it log-on process that is slow Or you facing slowness while accessing the network shares or resources from domain computers ?
Also, please let us know if there is any particular machine which is having issue or all the computers from domain affected with it.
Thanks.
Warm regards,
Gauresh Sakhalkar.

Hello RizwanKhan,
What do you mean by client machine is slow. zyou mean after entering the user name & password it takes time for user to get the desktop?
There are various reasons to it. please explain in details to understand better.
IT could be the issue of DNS configured on TCP/IP not pointing to local DC. Also Dynamic site registration could be the issue. check your Site & Subnets. make sure subnets are configured for all client Ip-address also pointing to correct site name. Also Site-link created. All listed configuration should be thoroughly check.
Also possible can you run the below commands and provide the output. upload the same to common location like one drive etc........
REPADMIN /SHOWREPL >>REPLlog.txt
REPADMIN /REPLSUM /Errorsonly >>ReplicationError.txt
DCDIAG /v /c /d /e /s:contoso.com >>DCDIAG.log
Very Slow that means it all computer in domain running very slow.....
As mentioned above, a lot of things can cause the machine to run slowly. It's really hard for us to give suggestions based on your current description. You might need to share more details about your environment, for example network configuration, applications,
etc.
Also, is there any particular reasons/symptoms that make you think you'd start the investigation with Group Policy settings?
Maybe first run some diagnostics on your computer (as suggested by vaadadmin2010
above), and make a systematic troubleshooting plan, which will help you zero in on the cause.

1. Unless you provide more information we could not give effective help. Sometimes history of configuration changes may help. What do you mean by "slow". It may be both, wrong configuration or slow (old) computers.
2. I have met similar problem when in IP client settings there was public DNS IP address. There should not be DHCP running in internet router, only DHCP is allowed on domain server (in majority on DC).
3. Use network monitor to check what happens in your infrastructure. Also check the AD health (like dcdiag).
