In the future please compose a more intuitive post title. Reset the BIOS by locating the BIOS jumper on the mainboard

This is a hardware issue instead of a Windows issue. Please try Adrians suggestion. If you want to perform the further research, it is recommended that you contact Dell support so that you can get the most qualified
