fltmc attach datascrn c: , error 0x801f0013

when i want to solve this problem below

by the method of

I tried "fltmc attach datascrn c:"

it came" 0x801f0013" which means 'failed to connect, error 0x801f0013'

then I tried To verify that the file screening minifilter driver is working properly as it said,

there was no 
Datascrn
 instance listed for the volume

so how can i solve the problem above.

This filter and/or its supporting applications should handle this condition. If this condition persists, contact the vendor."

 I want to know the event ID  .

Event ID is 4. It shows as

"

...:system

...:filtermanager

event ID:4

...:warning

..."

What is your server , exchange   ?

If yes please try to check if there is a registry subkey :

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\FAMv4

If yes , you can refer to the link below and try to disable the famv4 driver :

do u think it has sth to do with the comodo firewall ?

I got the same problem though I am pc and I use comodo firewall
