Hi TMSSUPPORT , As Dave mentioned , please provides more information about your system , it will help us to troubleshooting more effetely. According what you mentioned right now, please check if it worked with the following workaround. 1. Perform a clean boot with disable any third party services by using Mconfig utility · Click Start, type msconfig in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Continue. · On the General tab, click Selective Startup. · Under Selective Startup, click to clear the Load Startup Items check box. · Click the Services tab, click to select the Hide All Microsoft Services check box, and then click Disable All. · Click OK. · When you are prompted, click Restart. · After the computer starts, start the installation of the features and check whether the problem is resolved. 2. Install the latest netapi.dll using security update ms08-067 http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/Bulletin/MS08-067.mspx 3. If the issue is only happening in windows 2003 computer apply the following hotfix as well http://support.microsoft.com/kb/932762 4.
