I am very new to Microsoft Reporting Services and created my first report using Sql Server Data Tools. The report data is grouped by agency.  Now I want to do following:

1. After execution of the report, it should export data into pdf format by agency. Each agency should have its own pdf file. 
2. Then it should email each agency report (pdf file) to the specific address.
3. Schedule the above process.

Hi Kp,

Here are the steps to follow.

1.)    Under Subscriptions click New Subscription
2.)    Under Delivered by: choose Windows File Share
3.)    Enter the absolute path of the file share where you want to export file.
4.)    Under Render Format, choose PDF.
5.)    Enter the user credentials to access the share ( Ex.> AD-ENT\UserName)
6.)    Choose whether you want to overwrite existing file
7.)    Then simply select your schedule if you choose daily at 8am, for example, SSRS will automatically export the file to your specified location at 8am each day.
8.)    Choose your report parameters, if applicable.
