Hi, This issue may be caused by conflicts of software or corrupt file. Please test in Clean Boot to narrow down the cause. =========================- a. Click Start, type "msconfig", press Enter. b.Switch to Services tab, click Hide all Microsoft services, click Disable all. c. Switch to Startup tab, click Disable All. Click OK to restart. Is there any progress? If not, restart the server again and press F8, choose Safe Mode with Network. Whats the result? Also, check the following Registry key. 1. Launch the Registry Editor and ensure that the Shell value is "Explorer.exe": HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\WinLogon\Shell 2. Right click the Shell registry key, and click Permissions. 3. Ensure that Administrators and SYSTEM have Full Control permission, Users has Read permission, no deny items are configured. Thanks.
