Is there only one KMS host in your domain or several KMS hosts? 3. Is there only one DNS domain in your network environment or several DNS domains? 4. What’s the exact error message that is displayed on the screen? The event id 12293 indicates that the attempt to create the SRV RRs was unsuccessful and the error code 0x8007232C means that the DNS requests are not supported by name server. Please refer to the following article to configure the KMS host and publish to DNS. You may need to manually create DNS SRV records if your environment doesnot have Dynamic DNS enabled.
