error stated I may not have permissions to connect to the server from a new domain server
Installed and new server 2003 (domain controller) over a vpn and it stated that I dont have permisson to access the server. Exchange 2003 is on the the server I am trying to communicate with.

Hello, installing Exchange on a DC is not recommended. You have to install it on a member server. What is the error message? Hi, Which user account did you use? Domain admin? Please make sure that the user have proper permissions to log on the Domain Controller? What is the OS version of the client? Please write down the detailed error message received when logging on DC for research. Did you see any errors in Event Log? When did the issue begin to occur?
