I am trying to deploy my webapp from genexus using azure. This is the error message:

Regarding your description, the error occurred in your deployment progress, right? Based on the error message, this issue is out of the scope of Azure SQL Database. You may post how you did the deployment and more details so that the issue can be identified, then this question will be dispatched to the correct forum.
