I have been trying to install what it says is a important update which is "windows update_000042D9" but every time it will not install giving said error code. I have tried looking for this on all of the web' windows and Microsoft error seaches. At the moment I do not have outlook express installed on my laptop as a friendsomehow managed to remove could this be any reason why this update will not install. HELLLP
