I am have configured fail over cluster but I am facing issue to bring online MSDTC server if I try to enable MSDTC service I am getting error code 0x80071736. Please suggest me on this issue.

Could you please detail what cluster you are going to build  and the OS you are using ?

I searched the error code it seems always related to SQL , if it is the case please refer to following article regarding "How to configure DTC for SQL Server in a Windows 2008 cluster":
