Hi all, I will try me best to make my question clear. We are using MS DPM 2010 to do the backups, on the agents side, the RPC services are unavailable several times. When I looked into the DCOMCNFG, component services, there is a red arrow with "My Computer", and I can't see the full six tabs in the "My Computer Properites". When I restarted the Distributed Transaction Coordinator (MSDTC), sometimes the full tabs would be there, sometimes not. While I click into the Default Properites, there is a check box "Enable Distributed COM on this computer", if I check it, and apply, the MMC will be crashed. I know a reboot may fix the problem, but we can't reboot the server anytime we want. Any ideas will be welcome Thanks a lot. Regards RW
