duplicates switches in network devices

Hi guys, I am using scom 2012 to monitoring all my network devices. Everything work fine, but with some switches I have a problem, in my network devices view I see two, and in some cases three, switches with the same ip and different MAC address.

In the first momento I think that the switch may have two or three interfaces but for my surprise that is not the case I had only one interface.

Can someone the me what scom check to add more than one device in the same ip?

Hi,

It seems that it's a bug with SCOM. please try to update SCOM with the latest UR and delete the duplicate entries manually to see if SCOM starts discovering devices with its correct MAC address.
