How to distribute Incentives to parents of the tree:

the incentives chart is as follows:

table1

ID   stage    total_in_stage     gift

1      1              2                500

2      2              4                100

3      3              8                100

4      4              16               150

5      5              32                150

continue.......................

So how can i create sql query like:

'count parents id total member and if match with table1 then select record from table1 insert record in table2'
