Who instructed you to install build 8432? Where did it come from? Windows Server 2012 has not been released. The last available evaluation build was 8400, the Release Candidate. Information on the details of various versions is not usually made available before release. You will find details of the editions of Server 2008 R2 here. (I expect 2012 to be similar.) http://www.techotopia.com/index.php/Windows_Server_2008_Editions_and_System_Requirements Bill

There will be no Windows 2012 Enterprise edition, and Windows standard will be available with the same features and roles than the Datacenter edition (only the price and virtualization right will differ) Have fun reading the new licencing model: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/server-cloud/windows-server/2012-editions.aspxMCITP: Enterprise Messaging Administrator 2010 MCTS: Lync Server 2010, Configuring MCSE
