dfs
i have 2 servers using dfsr. i have 4 namespaces created on the E drive, 1.7tb. all of the folders reside on this partition. after i created the 4th namespace, in my computer, it shows the drive properties for the C drive, 57GB of 78GB free. when i open the folder, there is nothing there, no files or folders. when i copy files to the namespace, the c drive's used space increases. does anyone know why this would happen. Hi, As per your query reqarding when you are opening a folder no data, but properties showing used space, so first check the folder option (its content hidden enabled or what), then access folder or file from source comp and check whether your gtting still blank, if you are gtting any error reply us, have to check the permission of remote user also. azzmicrosoft.
