There is a Windows 2003 server which it's network tcp/ip has thisproblems: - ping ip 127.0.0.1 but just itself and no other one and when ping other gives destination host unreachable .

I found problem in services. Problem is Ipsec Services. When this service stopped any traffic transfer blocked and must started.
