dcdiag dns error

I have a small test lab currently with 1 DC (srvr2012a).  I previously had 2 DCs but I have demoted srvr2012b and it no longer runs the DNS role. When I run dcdiag /test:dns /v /e, I get the following error:

DCDiag error

Should I be concerned with this?  Why is dcdiag seeing srvr2012b as a DNS server?

It seems you have not completely demoted the DC. You may have to go through metadata clean up and clean your environment. Refer to the links below:

Check the delegation entries of the _msdcs delegation - seems like it contains old NS Servers (DCs)

Thanks Mahdi, there was still an object for the demoted DC under my single site which I deleted from within Active Directory Sites and Services and that fixed the 1460 error.

Christoffer, is the DNS delegation error, the Del column at the bottom of my screenshot, even something to be concerned with?  What does that mean and how do I fix it?
