Hello,your description is too less to work with. The "access this computer from ..." is belonging to permissions configured within GPOs in the domain.Please descriobe more detailed the domain setup(single forest domain or also child domains), amount of DCs, sites and how they are connected. Hello,your server is multihomed 2 ip addresses, which is especially on DCs is a bad solution. Why is RRAS enabled on the server? If possible uninstallRRAS and reconfigure the ip addresses. Use only one fixed ip address and not DHCP on a server.Your ipconfig should look like this:DHCP Enabled. . . . . . . . . . . : NoIP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.103Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.1DNS Servers . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.103Then check that in the DNS zones only the used NIC is listed with it's record and the other one is removed. Run ipconfig /flushdns, ipconfig /registerdns and restart the netlogon service afterwards. Then run dcdiag /v and netdiag again.Having 2 NICs in the server doesn't mean to use them both with different ip addresses.
