Hi adilahmed,

According to your description, you want to create content source for a site only.

You should choose SharePoint Sites because the site content is belong to SharePoint.

Then choose Only crawl the Site Collection of each start address.

Finally, you should create crawl rules to exclude other sites in the site collection.

Please follow the steps
1.Create the content source with the urlhttp://www.xxx.domaine.com/ ,choose SharePoint Sites and Only crawl the Site Collection of each start address.
2.Click Crawl Rulesnew crawl rule, paste the urlhttp://www.xxx.domaine.com/en-us/* in the Path box, select Include all items in this path and Crawl SharePoint content as http pages  ,click OK.
3.Repeat step 2 to make another site: http://www.xxx.domaine.com/ar/* include the crawl.
4.Click Crawl Rulesnew crawl rule, paste the url http://www.xxx.domaine.com/*

in the Path box, select Exclude all items in this path  ,click OK.

5Make sure the include rules have the higher priority than the exclude rule.
