could scom generate a info level alert?

As we know, scom can generate alerts such as warning and critical. can scom generate a info-level alert? (and how to do it?)

Hi

yes, this is configurable item in monitoring or rule in Alert module.

if the monitor or rule is in sealed MP you can chage the priority and severity by creating override.

yes. SCOM can generate info-level alert.

For any alert, you can modify the severity level which can define whether you alert is critical, warning or information.

Alert Severity Its corresponding integer value
Critical 2
Warning - 1
Information 0

Another question is that: is there any way to generate an info-level alert when one or some properties of instances change without monitor changing (staying healthy)

I'm afraid not , it's by design .

In monitors , alert generating depends on monitor state changing .
