We have a eligibility process that gets a request for a member we check the status of the member in our system through a request response port and send back out the response message. Every so often the messages will just stop returning a response. If we clear the consumed dehydrated messages from the Group Hub everything will start working again. We are not sure why this happens... We have cosumed dehydrated messages often in the group hub and the process keeps on working. Its only once a week or so that it will stop working. Can anyone help coorelate the reason it stops working sometimes but keeps working others?
