The current windows login on that computer is now the old login and when they login via vpn with the new password netowrk resources are not available because it is the wrong password for the local AD network. How can I change these cached credentials to upadte to the new onese so remote access can be restored. VPN access does work to the network but printers, file shares can;t be authenitcates. Hello 'Alert me'. Have you checked out SYNERGIX AD Client Extensions software ? It addresses issues related to Password Expiration Notifications, Group Policy Refreshes, Kerberos Ticket Refreshes and have several other security settings. The following screen shows the Security Setting for Remote Logoff Console User. I think it will solve your issue. Best way to confirm is to download and try it yourself.
