Hello,
first of all, check that there is no record for google in the HOSTS file. If you find one then please delete it.
After that, run ipconfig /flushdns to reset DNS cache and try using
nslookup in order to check DNS resolution. If all is okay then that should not be a DNS problem.
This could also be due to a firewall that is blocking HTTP traffic to Google or an applied group policy that this restricting access using the URL.

Step1.
As Mr X said flush the dns and register the dns again(ipconfig /registerdns).then you can check weather your dns is working(nslookup).
Step2
Check the browser settings(check weather proxy settings enabled),correct proxy address if applicable
Step 3
try to telnet to the google using port 80(telnet www.google.com 80)
post the result of this task(screen shot)

Hi,
I would like to confirm the following questions first:
1.
Do you mean that you cannot access Internet with Internet Explorer?
2.
What error messages were encountered when trying to browse?
3.
Can other Internet programs work normally?
If only Internet Explorer cannot work normally, please try the following steps to reset Internet Explorer settings to check the result:
1.
Exit all programs, including Internet Explorer (if it is running).
2.
Click Start, type the following command in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER:
inetcpl.cpl
The Internet Options dialog box appears.
3.
Click the Advanced tab.
4.
Under Reset Internet Explorer settings, click Reset. Then click Reset again.
5.
When Internet Explorer finishes resetting the settings, click Close in the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box.
6.
Start Internet Explorer again.
