HI, the operation team in our company create users and computer without description which make it diffecult for as as compliance team to audit. so, my question can i make the description option in the active directory user and computer attribute mandotary?. i.e. he can't create any user or computer without writing the description. thanks.

Hello, In ADSI Edit tool, open Schema Naming Context under connection point. open properties for your object class (CN=Computer and CN=User) and find mustContain object identifier. edit mustContain by adding discription attribute to it. mustContain object identifier will make the attribute mandatory for specified object.
